CANCER AWARENESS

Effort to raise awareness and remove the stigma related to it.

CANCER AWARENESS

One-third of all cancer cases are preventable as reported through the World Health Organization. Each year, there are annual national awareness campaigns organized on a large scale. Various programs are designed under Archangel Charitable Trust. Our motive is to raise awareness of cancer symptoms, prevention of cancer and to support people for improving their lifestyle to help reduce
their risk of cancer.

How our prevention campaigns are stopping cancer?

With the help of a Foundation, welfare programs began which led to treating cancer patients. Cancer patients lose hope once they came to about their ill-health. It was more dreadful for them as they had to undergo painful treatment which was for a longer duration. Hence, our trust is providing a herbal based Ayurvedic treatment to cure and prevent cancer.
Through our campaign, we keep the public aware of symptoms of cancer. This is because if cancer detection is done soon, the survival rate increases.  There are free programs offered to people in helping them quit smoking. We have tried to push the reach of the therapy to millions of people.  It has helped in extending their age as well as treated the disease deeply. The trust works with numerous cancer support groups and centers across Rajasthan. We aim to make sure cancer patients and their loved ones have access to one-on-one counselling. We have our health promotion team who visits several locations such as sports events, cultural programs and more to spread the message of treating cancer through our herbal techniques. We even educate children regarding the harmful effect of smoking.
It is good to detect cancer at an early stage for which we have developed our regular campaigns. Our programs are meant to deal with both physical and emotional issues such as pain, anxiety, sleeplessness which is often felt by cancer patients and their family members.

Let us save lives through effective cancer awareness programs.
